UDZUNGWA NATIONAL PARK is the newest, opened to the public 1992, and one of the most beautiful wilderness areas in Tanzania. Covering an area of 1900 sq km., the uniqueness of this park lies in its biodiversity in hosting a variety of animals and plant species not found anywhere else in the world. The red colubus and the Sanje crested manabrey, elephants, buffalos, leopards, and sable antelopes are some of the residents in this park. A good range of birdlife is present which includes Rufous winged sunbird, Iringa akalat, Lagden’s bush shrike and Udzungwa partridge. Activities include a hike to the Sanje water falls or take easy walking trails within the park.
Depart in the morning after breakfast for Ruaha National Park. Afternoon game drives start as you enter into the park as your guide drives along the Great Ruaha River. Overnights at Hut, full board
Accompanied by an armed ranger, we start the day with a walking safari. This safari brings you close to animals, insects and the African bush. In the olden times, the traditional medicine men collected their medicines from some of the plants growing in the wild, some of this plants and trees will be pointed out to you by the ranger. Return to the Banda for breakfast and thereafter, a game drive and overnight at Hut, full board.

Early morning game drive before departing for Mikumi. En- route you will make a stopover at a traditional Maasai village. Later afternoon game drive in Mikumi Nat. Park and overnight at campsite, full board.
MIKUMI NATIONAL PARK is flanked between the Uluguru and Udzungwa Mountains and is home to buffalos, giraffes, elephants, lions, zebras and leopards. The park is also famous for its wild dogs and 6m long pythons
This will be along drive of 9 hours through some of the most scenic parts of Southern Tanzania. Villages and the Uluguru Mountains dot along the way. You will make a short lunch break by the road side arriving at the Campsite in late afternoon. Your late afternoon game drive in Selous begins as you cross form the western to the eastern gate. Packed lunched en-route will be provided. Overnight at Campsite, full board.
Morning walking safari followed by a game drive with picnic lunch under shady trees with a relaxation visit to the hot springs. Return to campsite late evening in time to freshen up and for dinner. Overnight at Campsite, full board.
Start the day with a game drive followed by lunch at the campsite. Thereafter depart for the afternoon boat safari and overnight at the Campsite, full board.
Selous Game Reserve covering 50,000sq km, this is the largest game reserve in the world. The reserve supports an enormous number of elephants, buffalos and wildebeests. Other rare species include the African Hunting dog.
Depart from Selous at 08.00 to Dar es salaam.
